Position Title: Ecommerce Operations Trainee

Office Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi

Job Timing: 3pm to 12am (Monday to Friday)

Scaleup Connect, on behalf of its client, is hiring for a company that specializes in global eCommerce operations. The client manages multiple international brands across Amazon, Walmart, and eBay, leveraging data insights, technology, and performance optimization to drive scalable growth and deliver impactful results in competitive global markets.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Ecommerce Operations Trainee to join our team and contribute to identifying and sourcing high-potential products for our private label business. As part of our team, you will:

  • Conduct detailed product research using tools like Product Opportunity Explorer, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and AMZScout.
  • Analyze key metrics such as demand, competition, reviews, pricing trends, and profit margins.
  • Identify winning products suitable for Amazon FBA, as well as other marketplaces such as eBay and Walmart.
  • Source suppliers through platforms such as Alibaba, 1688, and local vendors.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotes, pricing negotiation, and sample requests.
  • Maintain a database to track product research, supplier info, and sourcing progress.
  • Prepare weekly reports on product validation, cost analysis, and sourcing outcomes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, seasonal opportunities, and category changes by utilizing tools like Google Trends and social media platforms.
  • Track competitor activities and monitor the best-selling ASINs.
  • Collaborate closely with the listing, PPC, and supply chain teams to support successful product launches.
  • Contribute research input to improve product listings and marketing strategies.
  • Develop reports using MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Good to have at least 1 year of experience in product research, sourcing ,market analysis, particularly in e-commerce & launching products.
  • Skills: Proficiency with product research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZScout, Google Trends, and Keepa.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for supplier interaction.
  • Must have launched products successfully.
  • Ability to develop reports and communicate findings clearly using MS Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduation or Undergraduate from HEC recognized Institute/University.
  • Ecommerce Internship or relevant certifications
  • Must be fluent in English both written & Verbal

Note: This program comprises of 6 Months leading to permanent positions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30, Rs35,000.00 per month
