We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate business within 15 days using B2B platforms, network marketing, direct outreach, and cold calling — thriving in a high-performance, independent work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for software products and services in USA & UK markets.
- Use a multi-channel approach to drive business, including:
- B2B Freelance & Contract Platforms
- Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru – Identify relevant projects, prepare competitive proposals, and close deals.
- Professional Networking Platforms
- LinkedIn – Build a targeted prospect list, engage in connection requests, send personalized pitches, and participate in relevant groups.
- AngelList, Crunchbase – Identify startups and tech companies seeking software solutions.
- Industry-Specific Platforms
- Clutch, GoodFirms, DesignRush – Optimize company profile and actively respond to inquiries.
- Social Media Outreach
- Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, Quora – Leverage niche communities, post value-driven content, and initiate direct conversations.
- Cold Outreach
- Cold Emailing – Build email lists via tools like Apollo, , or Skrapp and send high-conversion outreach campaigns.
- Cold Calling –
- Call targeted decision-makers in USA & UK businesses to introduce software services, qualify needs, and close deals.
- Maintain a daily call quota and log conversations for follow-ups.
- Network Marketing & Referrals
- Use personal/professional networks, alumni groups, and referral incentives to acquire clients.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies via personalized communication and relationship building.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure continuous lead flow and conversion.
- Work independently without micromanagement, delivering measurable results under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the software/IT industry.
- Hands-on expertise in using online platforms, cold calling, and network marketing for client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work USA & UK hours and hit aggressive targets within 15 days.
What We Offer
- Base Salary: PKR 35,000/month with commissions
- Commission: Lucrative commission per deal (no cap).
