Job Purpose
The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing brand strategies to strengthen market presence, ensure consistent brand messaging, and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company vision and business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate the brand from competitors.
- Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, events, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and optimise for maximum ROI.
- Manage content creation, social media presence, and brand storytelling.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to recommend strategies for product positioning and brand growth.
- Track consumer behaviour and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand alignment.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Present brand strategies and reports to senior management.
- Performance & Budget Management
- Define key brand KPIs and measure performance against objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on brand health and campaign effectiveness.
