Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join sales team at Dezital. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth by promoting our comprehensive suite of services, including software development, staff augmentation, and blockchain development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, experience in B2B sales within the IT sector, and a passion for building long-term client relationships. You will leverage tools like email automation and cold calling to expand our client base and contribute to our mission of digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through targeted research, networking, and market analysis to generate high-quality leads for Dezital's services.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to initiate conversations with decision-makers in target industries, introducing our software development, staff augmentation, and digital marketing offerings.
- Develop and manage email automation strategies using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms to nurture leads, send personalized outreach sequences, and track engagement metrics for follow-up.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and presenting tailored proposals that align with client needs in areas such as custom software, eCommerce, and blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical experts and marketing) to create compelling pitches, demos, and case studies that highlight Dezital's value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine business development strategies and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and deals in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for reporting and analysis.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and virtual networking to enhance Dezital's visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the IT, software, or digital services industry.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling and email automation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in sales tools and platforms, including CRM software, email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical services in a client-friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and negotiating with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, software development trends, and B2B sales cycles is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
