Job Summary
Drive global B2B sales for ABS International during night shifts from our Karachi office. Acquire international clients, close business deals, and earn uncapped commissions. This role is ideal for ambitious sales professionals targeting high-growth positions with unlimited earning potential 7.
Core Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns targeting international B2B clients.
- Negotiate and close complex business deals across multiple time zones.
- Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement.
- Maintain accurate client records and pipelines in CRM systems.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international markets.
Key Requirements
- 1+ year experience in international sales or BPO sales environment.
- Professional English fluency in both verbal and written communication.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Full availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
