Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000 per month + Performance-Based Commission + Daily Results-Based Bonuses

Total Earnings Potential: PKR 150,000+ monthly for consistent performers

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns targeting B2B clients specifically in North American markets
  • Negotiate and finalize global SaaS and technology service contracts with enterprise clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with minimum 50+ weekly qualified engagements
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline management with target 3:1 conversion ratio
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for diverse international markets
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new potential client segments in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in international sales, BPO account management, or client acquisition
  • Professional English fluency (verbal and written) at C1/C2 level
  • Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics
  • Full availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills
  • Technical proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking platforms

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000 per month (based on experience)
