Production Officer

This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Supervise manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and quality standards.
- Conduct in-process checks, line clearance activities, and maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Provide training to staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualification, Skills and Education

- Pharm-D or B-Pharm degree.
- 1–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems for inventory and production data management
- Knowledge of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively supervise teams and drive production goals.
- Experience working in a GMP environment.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

This role is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.
