Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of our food production line

  • Manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of cooperation and respect

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in food production management
  • Strong understanding of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
