About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Business Line team. The role covers the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, payroll support, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of HR operations experience with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

Manage joining formalities, induction, and HR orientation programs.

Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.

Handle confirmations, transfers, and employee status changes.

Performance Management & Appraisals
-
Coordinate and support performance appraisal cycles.

Assist managers with KPI/goal setting and tracking.

Ensure timely completion of reviews and maintain appraisal documentation.

Employee Engagement & Development
-
Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and HR initiatives.
-
Act as a point of contact for employee relations and queries.

Payroll & Compliance
-
Provide payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions).

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor law requirements.

Offboarding
-
Manage exit formalities, clearance, and final settlements.

Conduct exit interviews and share feedback reports with management.

HR Reporting & Analytics
-
Prepare HR reports (attrition, performance, engagement).

Provide insights and data to support management decisions.

Requirements Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience in HR operations.

Strong knowledge of onboarding, performance management, appraisals, and offboarding.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
-
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
