Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
position for an
HR Executive / HR Manager
, based in
Lahore District
.

The HR Executive / HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, maintaining strong employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

You'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting a culture of performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement
    HR policies
    and procedures
  • Handle
    training, performance management,
    and employee engagement
  • Maintain compliance with
    labor laws
    and organizational standards
  • Support management in developing a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
    4 years of HR experience
    in Technology, IT, or Corporate sector
  • Strong understanding of
    labor laws
    and HR best practices
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills
  • Ability to
    work independently
    and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree
    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the
    e-commerce
    or
    logistics
    industry is a
    plus
  • Gender Preference:
    Male
