Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Industry experience in Food or Hospitality is essential
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools and digital documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Process payroll and handle salary documentation
  • Oversee attendance tracking and maintain leave records
  • Maintain and update employee files as per HR standards
