Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and efficient problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in a professional and timely manner.

Manage car booking requests, confirmations, and cancellations.

Provide information about vehicles, pricing, and rental policies.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure car availability and on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email handling).

Previous experience in customer service or car rental industry is a plus.

Must be punctual, authentic, polite, and professional
