**Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer**
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our outbound call center team as Customer Relationship Officers. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, promoting products/services, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and promote company products/services over the phone.
Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone.
Record customer responses and update information accurately.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Matric / FSc or above.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in handling phone conversations.
Basic computer knowledge.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
