Position Overview

We are seeking a
Project Manager / Upsell
to join our growing team in
Karachi
. This full-time, on-site role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery — ensuring alignment with client objectives, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining exceptional communication across teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and completion of projects within defined timelines and budgets, while upholding Martechsol's standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation across all project phases.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure projects remain within scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
