What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify potential partner organizations, NGOs, educational institutions, and businesses worldwide for collaboration
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms to build relationships with international stakeholders
  • Draft professional outreach emails, partnership proposals, and presentations tailored to global audiences
  • Coordinate virtual meetings, follow-ups, and events with partners across different time zones
  • Maintain a global contact database to track communications and partnership progress
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals
  • Track outreach metrics (e.g., response rates, successful partnerships) and provide regular reports
  • Stay updated on global industry trends, cultural nuances, and networking strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness
  • Ensure all communications reflect the organization's brand and are culturally appropriate for diverse audiences

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for drafting and tracking
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional, cross-cultural outreach
  • Understanding of international networking principles and partnership-building strategies
  • Ability to research and identify relevant organizations across different countries and industries
  • Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple global outreach campaigns
  • Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to feedback, and navigate time zone differences
  • Knowledge of global business etiquette and cultural sensitivity is a plus
