As a Lead Generation Intern, you'll play a key role in identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and building strong connections that contribute directly to our growth. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outreach, sales, and digital marketing while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify target industries and audiences on Instagram.
  • Initiate outreach through cold DMs to generate qualified leads.
  • Write persuasive responses and nurture conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria to ensure fit with our services.
  • Consistently hit and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation goals.
  • Stay updated with Instagram trends and features to improve outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Instagram as a marketing platform (DM best practices preferred).
  • Goal-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage lead data effectively.
  • Adaptive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a startup culture.
