Marketing Outreach Specialist (B2B Focus)

Location: Remote (Must work PST hours)

American Casual, a leader in custom apparel and promotional branding, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Outreach Specialist to drive B2B engagement across digital and direct channels. If you're a persuasive communicator with a knack for crafting compelling campaigns and building relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and cold calls
  • Develop and refine email templates that convert
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Coordinate mass email campaigns with segmentation and personalization
  • Design branded visuals and assets using Canva
  • Track engagement metrics and report on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to align messaging and strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing or outreach
  • Fluent English communication skills — written and verbal
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing for B2B audiences
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools
  • Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
  • Must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours

Bonus Skills

  • Experience in apparel, branding, or promotional product industries
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies and funnel optimization
