We are seeking a proactive and articulate LinkedIn Sales & Design Specialist (SDR) to drive new business acquisition and manage direct client communication. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3–6 months of initial experience or a strong understanding of LinkedIn for professional outreach, who is ready to embrace a challenge.
The core responsibilities involve generating qualified leads from LinkedIn, demonstrating a basic understanding of design concepts (UI/UX, logo, banner, flyer, etc.), and acting as the confident, professional voice of our company on client sales calls. Excellent English communication skills are essential to confidently engage with and pitch to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Lead Generation:
- Strategically identify and target high-potential clients and businesses on LinkedIn using advanced search and networking techniques.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns to initiate conversations and convert cold leads into warm prospects.
- Utilize data scraping techniques (or similar methods) to efficiently build and manage a robust database of qualified leads from LinkedIn.
Design Understanding:
- Possess a foundational understanding of various graphic design concepts such as UI/UX principles, logo design, banner ads, and flyers.
- Be able to discuss client project requirements with confidence, using appropriate design terminology to accurately scope work.
Sales Calls Handling:
- Serve as the primary specialist for all scheduled client sales and discovery calls.
- Confidently handle calls by clearly presenting our services, addressing client inquiries, and persuading them of our value proposition.
- Effectively qualify leads, transition conversations from design needs to project execution, and document call outcomes.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing an undergraduate degree).
Communication: Excellent and confident English communication skills are a must, with a clear ability to take professional sales calls, especially with US clients.
LinkedIn Proficiency: Proven ability or experience to generate leads and opportunities from LinkedIn—whether through prior work, internships, or demonstrable knowledge of effective outreach strategies.
Sales Aptitude: A determined attitude and willingness to take on the challenge of a commission-based sales role.
Design Awareness: Basic familiarity with the language and requirements of graphic design projects.
