About Us:

GrocerApp is Pakistan's leading online grocery platform which enables users to order their grocery essentials through its web ) and mobile applications. Started in 2016 with realizing the gap and potential in the online grocery delivery space in Pakistan - The startup changed its model from using middlemen and delivering via existing stores to a fulfillment led model in 2019. We provide 2 hours delivery of consumer groceries, baby products, meats and fresh produce from our own fulfillment centers.

Job Description:

  • Supervising warehouse accounts functions and ensuring daily cash closing.
  • Data entry in ZOHO - ERP (AP-AR-GL).
  • Compliance with corporate filing and coordination with Tax and Corporate consultants.
  • Planning and Processing of supplies vendors' payments on a daily basis
  • Preparation of daily cash utilization sheet of the fulfillment center.
  • Payroll preparation and processing
  • Supervision and management of Petty expenses and services vendor payments.
  • Liaison with local banks, auditors, corporate and tax consultant
  • Monthly withholding tax challans preparation and their submission
  • Federal and Provincial Sales Tax Compliance
  • Preparing bank reconciliations

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts payable team
  • Degree educated ideally in commerce / accounting / finance, with professional qualification
  • Influencing and good interpersonal skills
  • Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative
  • Familiar with Quickbooks/ZOHO
  • Attention to detail, diligent and resilient. Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Proactive and adaptable to change
  • Excellent excel skills

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
