We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our skincare branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in skincare or beauty services, excellent team leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the skincare branch, ensuring operational excellence.
  • Supervise and coordinate staff including skincare therapists, front desk, and sales associates.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction at all times.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and service revenue goals.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide regular training or feedback.
  • Maintain stock levels and oversee inventory management and ordering.
  • Implement in-branch promotions and offers to drive customer engagement.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth client flow.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company and health regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, staff attendance, customer feedback, and inventory.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in skincare, beauty, salon, or spa operations.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or incharge role is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of skincare products, services, and treatments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, POS systems, and scheduling tools.
  • Organized, proactive, and result-oriented.
