Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Lahore. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting enrollment targets. The role includes coordinating with educational partners, handling student inquiries, streamlining the admission process, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in management, leadership, and staff supervision
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks
- Knowledge of the education sector and study abroad programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field
- Experience in marketing and promotion within the education sector is a plus
