What you'll do:

  • Be the face of the branch:
    Build strong, authentic connections with clients by creating an environment where they feel motivated, supported, and valued.
  • Drive sales & hit KPIs:
    Strategize and execute growth initiatives that take the branch beyond targets while keeping our client-first philosophy at heart.
  • Analyze & unlock growth:
    Use data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, optimize operations, and maximize branch impact.
  • Lead and coordinate teams:
    Motivate your team of instructors, front desk, and operations staff to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences every single day.
  • Champion innovation:
    Continuously explore ways to enhance client satisfaction and elevate Aimfit's presence in the community.
