We're Hiring: Duty Manager

Location: Lahore | Full-Time

About the Role:

The Fred Company is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our front office team with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management

  2. Supervise front office, concierge, and guest relations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  3. Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently.
  4. Monitor occupancy levels, forecast room availability, and support room revenue optimization.
  5. Ensure timely handling of guest requests and complaints.

  6. Maintain lobby and public areas to uphold brand standards.

  7. Guest Experience

  8. Deliver personalized, high-quality service aligned with The Fred Company's standards.

  9. Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and escalations with professionalism.

  10. Gather and act on guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  11. Team Leadership

  12. Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to achieve service excellence.

  13. Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and security for seamless guest operations.

  14. Provide regular mentorship and performance feedback.

  15. Administrative Duties

  16. Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest satisfaction, and departmental performance.

  17. Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and safety standards.
  18. Support staff scheduling, shift management, and audit processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Front Office or Duty Management within reputable hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Opera Oracle Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent decision-making, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and service quality.
