Assistant Marketing Manager
to strengthen our digital presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms, run paid campaigns, generate qualified leads, and support overall marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (FB, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with design/video teams.
  • Run paid ads (Meta & Google) to generate quality leads.
  • Track, optimize, and report on lead performance and campaign ROI.
  • Support brand visibility, promotions, and influencer collaborations.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Media Sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience (healthcare/aesthetics preferred).
  • Strong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, analytics tools.
  • Creative with excellent communication skills.
