We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our Inbound Call Center Team.

As an Inbound Agent, you'll handle incoming calls from international customers, assist with their queries, and provide excellent service in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Call centre experience is MUST.
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Punctual, target-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
