Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Call Agent role based in Lahore. The Call Agent will manage inbound and outbound candidates communication, address inquiries, provide support, and ensure a high level of candidates satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, following up with clients, and working collaboratively with the team to meet performance targets. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills along with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle candidates inquiries and provide solutions promptly
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, multitasking, and time management
  • Experience in utilizing computer systems and CRM tools
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Customer service experience or similar role is an advantage
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication in Urdu and English languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or communication are appreciated
