Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Senior Brand Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to strengthen brand positioning, managing brand campaigns to align with business goals, and analyzing market trends. The Senior Brand Manager will lead cross-functional teams, oversee product launches, manage budgets, and ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials. Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying opportunities for brand growth will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strategic planning, brand positioning, and product lifecycle management skills
  • Marketing strategy, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking experience
  • Strong abilities in campaign management, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Leadership skills, team management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent communication, collaboration skills, and an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent field; MBA or similar advanced qualification preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG industries is a plus
