Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM PKT

(From November onward: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PKT due to daylight savings)

Salary: PKR 30,000 base + PKR 3,000 dependability bonus + commission per appointment show-up

Training: 10 days (paid, starts your salary period)

Joining: Immediate


Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to manage and follow up on leads from our U.S. clients (California time zone).

This is a remote, full-time position focused on calling, texting, and scheduling appointments through provided dialers. The role requires consistency, accountability, and excellent communication skills to ensure every lead is efficiently managed.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage, track, and follow up on leads provided by the company

Contact potential clients via calls and messages

Schedule and confirm appointments using our dialer system

Maintain accurate records of all interactions

Ensure punctuality and reliable attendance for all shifts


Requirements:

Must not be a student

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Reliable internet connection (minimum 20–25 Mbps)

Laptop/PC with a strong battery backup (to handle power outages)

Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours)

Must not be employed elsewhere or engaged in freelance work alongside this role

Professional attitude, commitment, and accountability
