Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller with 3 to 4 years of working experience to join our Operations team and help in the management and maintenance of corporate records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of document management systems, be proactive, and possess excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the centralized corporate records repository for group entities.
  • Ensure proper scanning, classification, indexing, and secure storage of physical and electronic records in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect and archive essential records.
  • Track and maintain the SharePoint Database for documents renewals.
  • Ensure regular backups of digital records.
  • Assist in records retrieval requests efficiently.
  • Support process improvement initiatives for better document management systems and automation of recordkeeping functions.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with document management systems (SharePoint or similar tools).
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

  • Minimum: 3 to 4 years

Education/Qualification:

  • Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
