Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Control Room Operator located in Islamabad. The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, managing crisis situations, and ensuring smooth operations of security protocols. Daily tasks include operating control room equipment, coordinating with ground personnel, documenting incidents, and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in security operations/control room.
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, CCTV software, reporting tools).
