1-Account & Contract Support

  • Assist
    in documenting client needs (services, deliverables, and responsibilities).
  • Review contract drafts to ensure all key terms (duration, refunds, replacements) are clearly defined.
  • Learn how to protect DSD's interests by ensuring accurate and
    careful vetting
    documentation.

  • Lead Generation & Research

  • Proactively
    generate and qualify fresh business leads
    through focused research and outreach.

  • Nurture
    initial prospect interest that comes from marketing efforts.
  • Research and map out the
    key decision makers
    at target companies.
  • Assist in setting up and attending
    early-stage discovery calls
    to understand client needs

  • Project Support & Delivery

  • Support
    the Client Success Manager in guiding clients through the recruitment lifecycle from onboarding to final placement.

  • Help maintain excellent service delivery standards throughout the process.
  • Assist in documenting and tracking issues to help
    optimize internal processes
    and resolve client problems quickly.

4.Recruiter Coordination

  • Help management clearly assign client-related tasks and job openings to internal recruiters.
  • Ensure the
    specific goal
    (target timeline, required candidate skills) for each assignment is documented and shared with the recruiter.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree
    in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills
    (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with details.
  • A strong desire to learn about business development and client relationship management.
