We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level, technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, demonstrates a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, and excels in coordinating tasks, managing workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Facilitate and conduct daily scrums and agile ceremonies.
  • Manage task estimations, enforce Bitrix processes, and oversee end-to-end task transitions.
  • Provide consistent support to Business Analysts and Development teams for daily operations and project tasks.
  • Ensure timely updates and progress tracking across all active projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.

Requirements
:

  • Should have a degree in BSCS, BS-IT, BS-SE.
  • 1–2 years of experience managing technology-based, enterprise-level projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Bitrix or similar project management tools.
  • Solid understanding of Agile practices and project lifecycle management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
