About the Role:

Alestra Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Representative (Sales-Focused) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

      Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

· Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to drive sales.

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

· Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Work towards achieving and exceeding sales and retention targets.

Requirements:

      Bachelor's degree from a well-renowned university.

· –5 years of experience in a similar or relevant field.

· Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

· Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

· Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

· Ability to work in rotational shifts and manage workload effectively.
