We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to support the creation, execution, and optimization of our online marketing strategies—primarily across third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, technology, and e-commerce, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires both creative and analytical skills to help grow our online presence and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and product research to identify new, profitable product opportunities.
  • Create, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Website E-commerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok).
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and growth.
  • Develop and manage product listings across marketplaces and company websites.
  • Perform photo editing (cutouts, lighting adjustments, enhancements).
  • Design marketing materials including product labels and printed graphics.
  • Create engaging digital content for product listings and campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service, purchasing, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and enhance account health and reviews across all marketplaces.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements (skills and qualifications)

  • Design & Editing: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Productivity & Collaboration: Dropbox, Discord, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Coding & Content: Notepad++, basic HTML
  • AI & Analytics Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok
  • E-commerce Platforms: , SellerActive, Helium 10, JungleScout
  • Additional e-commerce and analytics tools as required.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Amazon, eBay, or Walmart marketplace management (listing creation, account management, advertising).
  • Strong marketing and advertising background.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with fast-paced, digital workflows.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and graphic design principles.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience.

  • Full-stack website development

  • Customer service or e-commerce management experience
  • Item photography and creative content production
  • Leadership or project management experience
