We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our operations, ensure service excellence, and manage our talented salon team with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily salon operations and ensure exceptional client service.
  • Manage staff schedules, appointments, and performance.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, ambiance, and customer experience.
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Track sales, manage budgets, and maintain stock levels.
  • Oversee front desk coordination and overall workflow.
  • Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for team members.
  • Coordinate with management for promotions, events, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle client relations professionally and calmly.
  • Understanding of salon services, SOPs, and beauty industry trends.
  • Proficient in handling staff, scheduling, and customer management systems.
  • Pleasant personality with a problem-solving attitude.
