We are a growing company specializing in Information technology, We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR operations and help build a strong, efficient, and people-focused workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process (posting jobs, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews).
  • Preparing and sending offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
  • Supporting payroll preparation and attendance management.
  • Handling basic employee queries and providing HR-related support.
  • Assisting with performance management and probation evaluations.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities and trainings.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior HR experience will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
