
IT Solutions Sales Executive

Key responsibilities of an IT Solutions Sales Person:
- Identify and qualify leads: IT sales person need to be able to identify potential customers who are interested in their products and services. They must do this by researching potential customers, attending trade shows and industry events, and networking with other professionals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies: Once IT sales people have identified potential customers, they need to develop and execute sales strategies to close the deal. This may involve developing a customized presentation, building relationships with decision-makers, and negotiating pricing.
- Close deals: IT sales people need to be able to close deals by convincing potential customers to purchase their products and services. This requires strong negotiation skills, as well as the ability to overcome objections.
In addition to these key responsibilities, IT sales person may also be responsible for:
- Providing customer support: IT sales people may be responsible for providing customer support after a sale has been closed. This may involve answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing training.
- Managing the sales pipeline: IT sales people need to be able to manage the sales pipeline, which is a list of potential customers who have expressed interest in their products and services. This includes tracking the progress of each deal and identifying opportunities to move deals forward.
- Reporting on sales performance: IT sales people need to be able to report on their sales performance to their managers. This may involve tracking sales goals, revenue, and expenses.
Skills and qualities that are essential for this job:
- Strong technical knowledge: IT sales people need to have a strong understanding of IT technologies and solutions. This includes understanding the benefits of different products and services, as well as the challenges that businesses and organizations face.
- Excellent communication skills: IT sales people need to be able to communicate effectively with potential customers, both verbally and in writing. They need to be able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way.
- Strong negotiation skills: IT sales people need to be able to negotiate effectively with potential customers. This includes being able to understand and overcome objections, as well as being able to close deals.
- Ability to build relationships: IT sales people need to be able to build relationships with potential customers. This requires being able to listen to their needs, understand their challenges, and build trust.
- Persistence: IT sales is not an easy job. There will be times when you get rejected. IT sales people need to be persistent and keep trying to close deals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs75,000.00 per month
