Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Prompt Engineer based in the Karachi Division. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing prompts for AI systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting prompt engineering research, creating and refining prompt templates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. The role also involves troubleshooting and iterating on prompt designs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in AI prompt design and development
  • Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
  • Solid understanding of prompt-tuning techniques and AI model fine-tuning
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
