Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule & Dispatch Trucks for pickups and deliveries based on customer needs and driver availability.
  • Monitor Routes to ensure timely delivery and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Communicate with Drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support during trips.
  • Collaborate with Customers to provide accurate information regarding delivery schedules and status.
  • Maintain Records of dispatch activities, including delivery logs and driver performance.

  • Optimize Routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

  • Negotiate competitive rates based on market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in truck dispatching or logistics (preferred U.S.A market only ).
  • Dispatch, Customer Service, or Logistics Industry experience is a plus (but not required).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using dispatching software and GPS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
  • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with drivers and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday | 5 PM – 2 AM (Night Shift)

Pay: 40,000 PKR – 150,000 PKR per month (Basic + Commission up to $1000)
