Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Senior Associate Operations. The Senior Associate Operations will handle day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. Responsibilities include managing customer service interactions, analyzing operational performance, and working collaboratively with team members. The role requires effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience and ability to manage customer interactions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
