Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support career development plans.
- Organize employee engagement and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in healthcare/aesthetics/clinic sector, but not mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
