Role Overview
The VA will provide full administrative and patient coordination support, ensuring seamless clinic operations and excellent patient experiences. The key responsibilities will include:

Answering all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

Scheduling patients according to the provider's Plan of Care.

Verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining authorizations for all scheduled visits.

Coordinating with patients regarding any required documentation or scheduling adjustments.

Encouraging satisfied patients to leave a Google Review for Healthrite Clinic, using a QR code (which we will provide) to make it convenient and efficient.

Position Details

Position Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary : to 200000

Availability: The VA will be available on all operational days of the clinic.

Leave Policy: No casual leave system. In the event of uninformed absences, we reserve the right to replace the VA within three (3) business days to ensure uninterrupted workflow and service quality.

  • Inter/ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
