Key Responsibiliti**

  • es:Monitor, evaluate, and optimize User Acquisition and Retention campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and RTA platfor
  • ms.Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics such as CpDAU, CPO, ROI, conversion rates, and retenti
  • on.Identify performance gaps and recommend strategic improvements based on data-driven insigh
  • ts.Provide actionable insights and performance summaries to internal stakeholders across multiple ventures and marke
  • ts.Develop weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and benchmarking for leadership visibili
  • ty.Collaborate with the design and brand teams to improve the effectiveness of creative assets used across channe
  • ls.Ensure all creative elements highlight the full potential of Daraz's value proposition and offerin
  • gs.Understand and enhance the integration between Daraz's product catalogues and advertising platforms (Google & Met
  • a).Work with product and category teams to improve catalogue quality, availability, and visibility to high-intent audienc
  • es.Manage monthly marketing accruals and coordinate with Finance for validation and reconciliation of spends across all OM channe

Required Skills / Abili**

  • ties:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related f
  • ield.2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media buying, or e-commerce gr
  • owth.Proficiency in campaign management on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platf
  • orms.Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tabl
  • eau).Working knowledge of feed/catalogue management and optimization for dynamic
  • ads.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across marketing, product, finance, and creative t
  • eams.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environ
