MISL is looking to hire a dedicated professional to manage our
Industrial Paints & Coatings
business for various industries. This role will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring technical and commercial support to our industrial customers.


Important Note:

  • Candidates with experience only in
    automotive or decorative paints -
    DO NOT apply.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial paints/coatings experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow industrial paints & coatings sales across multiple sectors.
  • Engage with clients for business development and technical support.
  • Coordinate with principals and suppliers for product requirements.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Requirements:

  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in
    industrial paints & coatings
    (non-decorative, non-automotive).
  • Strong understanding of industrial applications and customer requirements.
  • Proven track record in sales, client servicing, and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
