Promax IT Solutions is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple clients, handling diverse IT environments, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for client IT systems, applications, and networks.

· Manage support tickets via the helpdesk, ensuring timely response and resolution.

· Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows environments.

· Support and administer firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

· Assist with server builds, patching, and monitoring.

· Work with backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity tools.

· Document technical issues, fixes, and procedures.

· Provide on-site or remote support as required.

Key Skills & Experience

· Previous experience working in an MSP environment (essential).

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Teams.

· Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking.

· Knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, or similar), VPNs, and remote access solutions.

· Familiarity with backup and cybersecurity solutions (ESET, Defender, etc.).

· Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to Have

· Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.).

· Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell).

· Exposure to cloud migrations and project work.
