Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Islamabad. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing information about travel packages, resolving any issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also assist with booking flights and accommodations, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to provide top-quality service to clients.
