Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in Islamabad. The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Other day-to-day tasks include using computer systems to manage customer information and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Interpersonal Skills
  • Basic Computer Literacy skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
