Job Summary:

As a Digital Media Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading dedicated teams, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. You will act as a bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth execution of marketing strategies. This role requires someone with strong account management skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Services & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business needs.
  • Conduct client meetings, strategy discussions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital campaigns.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Provide strategic direction and innovative solutions to optimize campaigns.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including:
  • Social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Performance marketing & paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations.
  • Email marketing and conversion optimization.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and result-oriented.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to generate insights.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations to clients.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital services.
  • Work with the sales team to bring in new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through performance-based incentives and commission.

· Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of experience in account management & digital marketing (agency experience preferred).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, client servicing, and negotiation skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA in Marketing preferred).
