Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore as an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets through client acquisition, relationship management, and sales strategy implementation. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, preparing proposals, assisting in contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and follow-up. The individual will work closely with management to analyze market trends and optimize sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Client Management skills, including client relationship building and sales strategy implementation
  • Market Analysis and Research skills to identify potential opportunities and trends
  • Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills to engage with diverse clients effectively
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple priorities and achieve sales targets
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and presentations
  • Experience in sales or client services is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a results-oriented approach
