EZFacility, a division of Jonas Software, is a leading provider of web based software solutions for sports and fitness businesses around the world. With over a decade of unparalleled expertise in sports and fitness facility management, EZFacility provides its thousands of users with cutting-edge technology to streamline the daily operations and management of their facilities.

The Position:

We are seeking a proactive, team-oriented Salesforce Administrator for a position to drive the optimization of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for using Salesforce technology to enhance business processes, with a strong focus on configuration, user management, data integrity, workflow automation, and integrations. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, onboarding, implementation, billing, and customer success—to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Success in this position demands critical thinking, initiative, curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize Salesforce security by managing roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules to ensure data integrity and access control.

• Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence for stakeholders across departments.

• Gather and analyze requests, ideas, and requirements from various teams, translating them into actionable solutions and enhancements within Salesforce.

• Design, implement, and maintain workflow rules, process flows, and automations to enhance business processes, with a focus on onboarding, training, and customer success initiatives.

• Facilitate seamless integrations with third-party tools and AppExchange applications to enhance system functionality.

• Partner with department directors to ensure data integrity and support the adoption of new business processes, particularly in areas like billing, client onboarding, and implementation.

• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users to promote system adoption and best practices.

• Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

• Proven expertise in Salesforce best practices, data models, and automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder).

• Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce, including creating custom reports and dashboards.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to train users, document processes, and present solutions to diverse stakeholders.
